Join us for the Lighthouses + Watercolors Cruise aboard the Angelique in Camden, Maine. Dates: August 6-10, 2024. Learn to paint watercolors aboard the gorgeous Gaff Topsail Ketch as we sail around the beautiful islands of Penobscot Bay. Enjoy daily watercolor lessons, open on-deck studio time, and take in the views and peacefulness of the sea life. We will also have plenty of free time to swim, read, row a dory, and go ashore for an authentic New England Lobster Bake. All are welcome.

Join us at the historic Norumbega this March for a creative watercolor class with award-winning local artist Kristin F. Simmons.

You will need to speak with the Norumbega Team to reserve this special event, as we have set aside a very special block of rooms specifically for the event. Space is limited, so call today. You’ll learn to paint beautiful sea glass and beach stone compositions on the Saturday afternoon of your weekend stay. Learn how to use layers, washes, and brushstrokes of color to create light and beauty in your painting. This session is focused on all levels of experience.
